Located on the northern side of Palawan, Long Beach stretches for approximately 14.7 kilometers along the west coast of the island and is even recognized as the longest white-sand beach in the Philippines and the second longest in Southeast Asia. The beach is not continuous though but instead broken up into six shorter stretches by rocky cliffs.
Devoid of resorts, restaurants, and other forms of commercialism, Long Beach has an unspoiled shoreline of powdery white sand blessed with crystal clear water teeming with marine life. It’s usually not crowded and is perfect for beach lovers who are hoping to lounge in peace and free of distractions.
Long Beach offers a range of water activities for visitors to enjoy. You can go swimming, snorkeling, and diving to explore the vibrant marine life in the area. The calm waters make it a great spot for paddleboarding and kayaking as well.

How to Get to Long Beach?
The fastest way to get to San Vicente from Manila is to take a plane through Sunlight Air. Travel time is around one hour and 45 minutes and the fare ranges from P1,000 to P10,000 depending on the type of accommodation/seat.
From San Vicente Airport, you can take a tricycle to Long Beach or your accommodation. Tricycle fare is about P75 per person and P250 or P300 for charter.
Alternatively, you can take a plane to Puerto Princesa City via Cebu Pacific or Philippine Airlines. These commercial airlines have multiple direct flights everyday from Manila to Puerto Princesa while one or two flights from Cebu. Travel time is about one hour and 30 minutes and the fare varies depending on the season and date of booking.
Upon arrival at the airport, you can walk to the gate of the airport and take a van to San Vicente. Travel time is about five hours.
