From budget hotel chains to luxury accommodations, you will surely find something that best suits your needs when having your tropical getaway in the Philippines.

While the luxury hotel is surely a dream accommodation, staying in chain hotels has its own benefits.  Chain hotels maintain the same standard with all its branches across the country so if you have stayed in one before, you can expect the same quality service from its other branches.  They also more likely offer frequent customers with perks, promos, and reward points that can be converted into discounts, free stay, free food, and other services.

Go Hotels was established in 2010 by Robinsons Land Corporation of John Gokongwei Jr., one of the richest men in the Philippines when he was alive.  The chain takes pride in providing clean yet affordable accommodations in various parts of the country.  Most of the branches are located within or near Robinsons Malls.  

Go Hotels pioneered the “book early, pay less” scheme and also offers loyalty programs that enable Robinsons Rewards cardholders to earn points each time they spend on hotel rooms and add on purchases such as food, beverages, spa, and others.

Currently, the chain has 17 hotels in various parts of the company and plans to add more in the coming years.

Hotel Sogo

Hotel Sogo is a hotel chain with the iconic red and yellow motif and Japanese-themed interiors.  This motel-type hotel is known for short-time stays and even has a reputation as “Love Hotel”.

The chain was established in 1992 and currently has a total of 42 branches all over the Philippines, 34 of which in Metro Manila and 8 in the province.

Red Planet opened its first hotel in Thailand in 2011 and started operating in the Philippines in 2015.  It has 32 branches in Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, and Philippines – 14 of those are in the Philippines.

RedDoorz

A Singapore-based company, RedDoorz aggregates existing budget hotels and rebrands those hotels as RedDoorz.  The company provides staff training and access to digital services to maintain its standard.  It opened its first hotel in the Philippines in 2018 and currently has about 1,500 branches in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Philippines.
