SM City Iloilo

Built in 1999, SM City Iloilo is the 8th largest SM Supermall in the Philippines. The mall complex started with a four-level main building and an annex, The SouthPoint, was later added adjacent to the main building.

SM City Iloilo is part of SM mall triplets, the company’s concept of building three shopping malls with the same design in three different areas. The two other malls having the same facade and interior with SM City Iloilo are SM Bacoor and SM City Fairview.

Over the years, new buildings were added to house residential, office, and parking spaces.

01 | Shopping

Aside from the anchor stores, The SM Store and SM Supermarket, there are several retail establishments found within the main building. Expect to see global names such as Guess, H&M, Uniqlo, Aeropostale, and many others.

02 | Dining

SM City Iloilo is the most convenient spot to enjoy your favorite Ilonggo dishes such as batchoy, pancit molo, and KBL (kadios, baboy, langka). Additionally, you will also find popular food chains as well as specialty restaurants including Kogi Q, Oh My Greek, Soi Thai Resto, and many others. SM Foodcourt is located on the lower ground level while the SM Food Hall is on the 2nd floor of the NorthPoint. More restaurants are also found in Southpoint.

03 | Cinemas and entertainment

SM City Iloilo has 8 cinemas and activity venues for various events in the main building and SouthPoint. Smaller activities can also be held in the Northpoint.

04 | Office Spaces

The entire third floor was occupied by Teletech Customer Care Management Philippines Inc., a BPO company, until it transferred to SM Strata in 2021. SM Strata BPO Tower, located across the street and facing the facade of the main building, houses 3 floors of parking for SM clients and Telus International Philippines in addition to Teletech.

05 | Residential Spaces

Next to Southpoint is Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo, a 10-storey hotel while SMDC, a 16-storey condominium building, is behind the main building across the parking area.
